We are so excited to welcome buttercream master Lisa Tu from Sweet Botanics to our workshop for this amazing workshop, perfectly timed for Mother’s Day! Or just in time to learn something new!

This Mother’s Day, why not surprise your mum with something truly heartfelt and memorable? Join us for a buttercream cupcake workshop where you’ll learn to pipe beautiful roses and peonies - the perfect way to show your love and appreciation.

Not only will you get to create your own floral cupcakes to take home, but you’ll also receive a demonstration on how to make our signature buttercream from scratch, along with an introduction to tools and mixing buttercream colors. Plus, you’ll get hands-on guidance from Lisa herself, ensuring that your creations turn out stunning.

At Made By Me Workshop we believe craft is as much about creativity as it is about connection, in our workshops you have the opportunity to meet new friends, share a few stories, laugh with each other and simply enjoy some time out for yourself. We have coffee and tea making facilities as well as a few snacks to sustain you through the workshop but if you prefer barista-made coffee, you can grab one from Aslan Cafe, just a short stroll away.

All supplies and equipment will be supplied, each participant will take home 6 decorated cupcakes. If you fall in love with piping, you'll have the opportunity to purchase additional tips and tools at the end of the workshop.

Price: $198

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited number of spaces for workshops, all bookings are final and strictly non refundable. We do not refund classes but you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can't make it on the day. Since Lisa is a special guest teacher it may not be possible to reschedule the workshop to another day but with a minimum 7 days notice we will do our best to reschedule to another date or an alternative workshop. In most of our workshops we require a minimum number of people to run the workshop and will do our absolute best to run every workshop we list but occasionally it is not commercially feasible to do so. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a full refund or reschedule.
